- Effectively utilize virtual platforms to build rapport with clients and provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. - Meet with clients on a weekly basis to assess nutritional needs, establish nutrition related goals, implement nutrition interventions and assess progress towards established goals. - Provide meal support services to reduce meal-related anxiety and help redirect disordered behaviors and thoughts in order to better meet nutrition-related goals and needs. - Utilize a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating approach to help individuals reach their nutrition-related goals. - Collaborate with eating disorder therapists and other members of an individual’s medical care team to help facilitate recovery.

- Incorporated current evidence-based nutrition research into clinical practice in order to help treat a diverse patient population. - Completed comprehensive nutrition assessments on patients of varying acuity and implement nutrition interventions to help manage a variety of disease states, including gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease and COVID-19.- Prescribed enteral nutrition support for patients requiring specialized nutrition therapy and provide ongoing monitoring of patient response to therapy. - Collaborated with a team of dietitians and physicians to complete malnutrition screenings in compliance with ASPEN guidelines, generating over $1M in revenue annually. - Effectively improved pressure injury outcomes by utilizing specialized nutrition products and educating medical staff on appropriate nutrition interventions related to wound healing. - Provided nutrition education with patients for disease prevention and chronic disease management. - Coordinated patient care with members of an interdisciplinary team through effective communications and attendance at patient care rounds to optimize nutrition care and improve patient outcomes.
