Climate Officer
CurrentI work in the Climate Office, acting as the focal point for climate-related activities and policies within the European Investment Bank's Lending Operations Directorate and other Departments. I focus on facilitating the climate business development and the implementation of the Climate Bank Roadmap, contributing to the achievement of the EIB’s green lending targets. My responsibilities include: • advising colleagues on climate-related policy matters (especially on the implementation of the Paris Alignment Framework for counterparties: the EIB Group’s PATH framework),• developing new or adapted financing concepts in the area of climate finance,• contributing to the capacity building and the design of the Operations' communication strategy on climate, • engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders to promote the EIB's position as the EU Climate Bank, and• preparing the EIB’s participation to the annual United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COP)
