I am a prospective newly qualified teacher looking for a permanent position in the South Manchester area preferably in a key stage 2 setting.Qualifying during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic was incredibly challenging for myself both personally and professionally as my university course was drastically altered, but I overcame this and still achieved Qualified Teacher Status and my Postgraduate Certificate in Education.Unable to immediately get a teaching role, I decided to expand my skill set and venture into hospitality management roles which I have found to be profoundly laborious but very fulfilling at the same time. I throughly enjoy leading teams in both education and hospitality settings ensuring quality outcomes across all aspects of both roles and creating environments for stellar, consistent development of both myself, my team or my class and I am 100% committed to positive outcomes.I am looking for a new role to further my development in the fields of either management or teaching, to progress myself professionally, expand my skill set further and face new challenges head on to positively change my new employment setting whilst also contributing towards a healthy, happy working environment.
