Lead the private sector engagement in Europe for RSPO.Managing a team consisting of two people

Engage with key stakeholders within Europe, primarily potential members that can drive market transformation• responsible for promoting the association activities with the aim to generate interest in membership/certification within the European market among FMGC, retailers, associations, standard setters• proactively recruit new members via marketing activities such as networking,participation to events, mailing and PR, including social media presenceIdentify and participate in platforms and events that are strategic to the RSPO mandate• responsible for planning annual list of events including trade-shows, conferences,companies’ events for myself and for other EU team members when appropriateSupport in identifying key risk areas to the organization in the region and to handlethese issues both proactively - and reactively where necessary.Participation in all relevant RSPO activities in particular those of the Outreach and Engagement Department, including twice a year travels to South East Asia for team meetings and General Assembly

• Development of marketing strategies to increase the Association membership base• Promoting of the Association activities with the aim to generate interest in membership• Recruitment of new members via a mix of activities such networking, digital PR, participation to events and marketing activities• Restructuring communication activities by integrating into robust plan PR, media relations, social media and events• Organization and participation to events in Italy and abroad (CIBUS, Sustainable food Summit, SANA, TUTTOFOOD and Biofach)

Marketing and promotion at international level of the NATRUE Label, a voluntary quality seal for natural and organic cosmetics:- Responsible for strategic development of business activities related to certification and customer retention. During my times at NATRUE Label Users grew from 40 to over 250, spreading over 30 countries worldwide. - Planning and supervising communication activities: responsible for editorial calendar (press releases, website news, social media) both BTB and BTC; spokesperson, responsible for social media strategy and events strategy including +/- 5 international trade-show p/year organized with up to 10/12 co-exhibitors- Coordinating a network of 4 PR agencies located in Germany, Italy, France and UK by ensuring the association messages and news being delivered in the most appropriate way depending on each market; worldwide media monitoring via advanced tools (Meltwater); supervision of ad-hoc events in each country.- Public Relations at European level participation at public events as speakers and responsible for growing the network of contacts (NGOs, authorities, certification bodies, associations, companies, media) in close collaboration with the Director General- Coordination of one Assistant and several interns within the years

Implementation of projects activities (main focus global health issues in developing countries - HIV/AIDS, maternal heealth and poverty reduction) including: - events organization (workshops, conferences, exhibitions) - research and background information collection - on line editing and website updating - projects application and reporting procedure for different donors - searching funding opportunities.
