This involves dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding any problems they have after making a transaction on their credit card and debit card. After dealing with initial enquiries I work with various in house systems to investigate the chargebacks to see whether we can help the customer to get their money back under the MasterCard and Visa regulations.

This involved working with various IT systems in order to provide third party companies with the information they required for their clients. I quickly moved over to Auditing within DSARs. This involved checking that all documentation completed by colleagues had been done correctly, before it was sent out to the third party companies. I then had to provide feedback to my colleagues to help them improve the quality of their work.

This was a part time role that I started while attending University. My duties included; serving customers, cleaning and stocking shelves, photocopying, printing from USB devices, faxing, and laminating.
