Dedicated to the field of corporate communications for over 20 years, Francesca has guided and refined corporate messaging for some of biotechnology’s foremost thought leaders. Her work at these organizations began at their nascent stages. At Feinstein Kean Healthcare, an Ogilvy PR Worldwide company, she helped re-build the firm’s biotechnology practice.Francesca sees herself as a curator in cultivating the corporate brand and is passionate about helping give voice and shape to unknown and unformed stories that possess transformative potential to help patients. At Sarepta Therapeutics, she couples discipline with creativity to advance the interest of the company in her role as Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Throughout her career, Francesca’s work has been recognized internally by leadership and Board members at the companies she’s served, and through external awards, such as the Re-Brand 100™. She has also led programs that encourage young girls to consider careers in STEM. Her passion for biotechnology is matched by having the opportunity to mentor and help others realize their own untapped potential. She is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, the world's leading professional association for senior public relations and corporate communications executives and educators, is an active member in the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Boston chapter, former co-chair of the Seattle Chapter of Women In Bio, former communications co-chair of the Boston Chapter of Women In Bio, and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
