Recruit, train, mentor and serve as the primary contact for foster parents and volunteers. Manage foster and volunteer applications, emails and Facebook groups. Create, update and ensure all animal and foster volunteer information is accurate in database. Coordinate with Rescue and Medical teams to ensure all appointments and program requirements are met. Develop and maintain training programs to ensure continual growth of foster and volunteer base.

Meet with new clients for consultations to go over provided services and answer questions. Coordinate, schedule and perform dog walking, pet sitting and boarding. Communicate effectively with clients daily by giving updates for every visit. Deliver consistent and outstanding service to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and all forms of correspondence. Maintain accurate and up to date filing of documentation in electronic and physical files. Ensure that pleadings indexes and files are timely updated and current. Team with backup receptionist to ensure adequate front desk coverage. Perform general office and administrative support as needed by the attorneys, paralegals, or secretaries.
