Responsibilities Include:• Oversee the completion of the upgrade and interior colour selections and ensure the process runs smoothly• Meet with customers in a series of appointments • Selling new home upgrades directly to customers post purchase • Assisting customers with design and selections• Obtaining and maintaining extensive vendor product knowledge• Providing a comprehensive overview of available products• Building and maintaining long term customer relationships• Create Price Requests and Change Orders• Organizing and maintain customer files• Working regularly with corporate CRM software• Demonstrate professional interaction, and working relationships, communication conductive to a professional and friendly work environment with all team members• Ensure a pleasant customer service experience
