CurrentProduct Marketing Manager for 'Crusader Kings III' (PC and consoles) and 'Millennia' - the latter, since April 2024. My objective is to create engaging marketing campaigns for our games/expansions. Coordinating the marketing teams, we strive to provide the best player experience while sharing the studios point of view on game development. Key activities include: - Planning, creating and leading marketing campaigns for my assigned games both on PC and consoles.- Leading and coordinating the marketing disciplines, providing KPIs, guidelines and feedback. My goal? Support a strong team that will always go the extra mile! - Forecasting marketing investment and resources.- Providing player insight and feedback to both Studios and Business (Publishing) to improve releases and sentiment.- Being the spokeperson for the Crusader Kings and Millennia franchise for marketing activities - both internally and with external partners. - Building bridges between Paradox Publishing and the studios: better relationships mean better games.
