Within UniCredit since 1999, I lead the activities of ESG & Start Lab Italy in UniCredit. In particular I work on projects of innovation and sustainability for companies, individuals and all the communities close to UniCredit. On sustainability, I'm focused on the reinforcement of knowledge and instruments to realize a better future, with initiatives to accompany companies and people towards the generation of impact, to design new financial solutions for green and social projects, to enhance the competences of all key actors to build new models of governance and business. On innovation, I lead Start Lab and the Founders’ Club of UniCredit, business platforms to boost innovative startups and innovation processes of Italian companies. 
Prior to joining the team supporting ESG transitions and innovative startups, I spent ten years in corporate and investment banking, within the Milan Office team of UniCredit, where I worked on equity capital markets transactions for leading Italian names (IPOs, rights issues, etc.,.), advisory on M&A transactions and LBOs for both corporates and Financial Sponsors clients.
 I hold a PhD in Economics and a Master Degree from the University of York, a PhD in Environmental Economics and a cum laude degree in Economics from the University of Bari, in Italy.
