My passion for communication and educating has led me to recognize that nothing gratifies me more than meeting new people, developing new relationships, contributing to the growth of a business and problem solving. Since I was in elementary school my communication skills have been evident. It started as “Francesca is so talkative, it doesn’t matter where we move her in class, she will communicate with everyone!” Throughout my life I developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From managing and overseeing various outreach events in college, to working in various careers that allow me to utilize this skill, it has become apparent that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business. When I’m not at work or in denial about having a social life, I’m at home mentoring my favorite little rug-rat. Being a mother has allowed me to hone in on skills including; time management, communication, people management, problem solving, and organization skills. These skills have helped me in almost every aspect of my life. While studying under Dr. Audrey Ettinger at Cedar Crest College I completed a thesis titled “Over-the-Counter Ginkgo biloba Extract Impedes Cell Death via Gene Regulation in the Apoptotic Pathway”. I was graciously able to travel to present this research at over 5 different research conferences, including the American Society of Cellular Biology conference in San Diego in 2016 where me and my research partner were awarded an honorable mention. I have been in the sales industry for most of my working career. I started with an internship at the age of 15, eventually getting a full-time position at a exporting and importing company, IDEA. I was a manager at a talent marketing company for 2 years called Interface, where I was in the field selling modeling and acting packages for a local talent firm and worked part-time for Kay Jeweler’s as a sales representative.
