Under my guidance, we’ve achieved significant RevPAR growth, cost reductions, and financial optimization. A major highlight was overseeing a $22.5 million renovation completed within six months, boosting guest satisfaction and improving our TripAdvisor ranking from #221 to #4.Before stepping into the GM role, I served as Area Director of Finance, where I refined my skills in financial strategy, revenue optimization, and cost efficiency. I’m proud of our success in exceeding financial targets, strengthening owner relations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the management team to achieve operational excellence.I’m passionate about mentoring future leaders and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. I’m also actively involved in my community through the Gaslamp Association Board, where I advocate for business growth and community initiatives.
