I am the founder of Inspiring My Generation, a 501(c)3 on a mission of suicide prevention through awareness, conversation, empowerment, and support. I am also a public speaker, often presenting keynotes and workshops offering hope and tangible skills.Through the nonprofit, I host a weekly podcast, "Normalize The Conversation," where I've had the opportunity to be part of over 175 conversations with individuals around the world on mental health. Together, we have shared stories of hope, provided accurate information, destigmatized various topics, and offered people starting points for their mental health recovery journey. Additionally, I have written five workbooks as guides for youth and young adults to develop essential wellness tools to support and boost their mental health. These workbooks are available on Amazon and at many major retailers. My goal with the workbooks is to create a mental health curriculum for grades K-12.I write a blog on francescareicherter.com sharing insight into my mental health journey to normalize the ups and downs and to offer hope that it does get better. And, I advocate for policy change and recurring funding for our mental health community resources, such as expansion and adaption of 988.Currently, I am also completing my master's in clinical psychology with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy at Pepperdine University. I hope to utilize my education, work, and lived experience to make a meaningful impact.
