With a solid educational foundation from McGill University, I leverage my psychology background to enhance team dynamics and project outcomes.At the CRA, our team thrives on clear, effective communication and strategic planning. My background in psychology not only informs my approach to project leadership but also empowers me to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.Outside of work, my passion is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I train and compete as much as I possibly can, most recently winning the -70kg blue belt adult women's national championship in June 2024.
