Office Manager
Current• Management of the Geneva office and supervision of its employees • Management of the sales process and distribution of the workload • Achievement of human resources objectives in sales (recruitment, training, planning, evaluations, ...) • Achieving sales operational objectives through various tasks (providing sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews, preparing and carrying out action plans, problem solving, identifying trends, monitoring implementation of changes, enforcing productivity, quality and customer service standards)• Maintaining and expanding the customer base by advising consultants ; Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients; identifying new client opportunities.• Identify marketing opportunities and implement all marketing actions in the assigned area • Ensure effective communication with the client, partners, other departments and direct supervisor - • • Ensure the management of the office petty cash • Advice and sales of stays through several channels (FR, ES, EN, IT) • Update the agency's Google My Business page, including responding to comments • Participation in trade fairs and information days with the aim of promoting the company
