· Designed, produced, and oversaw production of all collateral, advertising, signage, direct-mail, brochures, promotions, and sales proposals, etc. for three resort hotels: Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, Bahia Resort Hotel, and The Lodge at Torrey Pines and The Spa at Torrey Pines. Publications include San Diego Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Travel+Leisure, The New York Times, Westways, Pacific Magazine, Robb Report, Modern Luxury · Created campaigns as well as one-of-a kind pieces for special events, i.e. displays, presentations, hand-made invitations · Logo design for The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Greene's Gift Shop, The Catamaran Spa, and The Spa at Torrey Pines · Responsible for designing upscale brass signage and framing for artwork displayed at The Lodge · Developed methods of designing, printing, and assembling pieces in-house to look as though produced in a more expensive manner · Responsible for anything that was to be seen by the public in any way to keep with the consistency and brand of the individual properties, from menus to websites, as well as in-house publications · Stylist for photo shoots and supervised live feeds for interviews, television coverage (The Today Show, Sign on San Diego, local promotions) · Assisted Catering and Convention Services Departments with design and execution of special events on and off property · Responsible for holiday decorating of The Lodge, including 10 trees and 18-foot lobby tree and displays throughout the property, consistent in keeping with with the authenticity of Craftsman Era architecture · Copywriting, brain storming, proofreading, press checks at 2:00 AM; Marketing Office comic relief

MY OWN DESIGN BUSINESS My office was primarily located within The Gable Group, a PR firm in downtown San Diego. I also worked on an on-call basis for other advertising agencies as well as other businesses. Evans Hotels was one of my clients, for four years, previous to my being hired as their Graphic Designer then Creative Director. · Designed, set up, and maintained the 75th Anniversary Exhibit at The San Diego Zoo · Production Assistant for Nickelodeon and background for their series "Wild Side", filmed at the Zoo and the WAP · Display merchandiser for Carter-Haley-Hall (The Broadway) department stores, local businesses, and Starbucks (before they got so corporate about everything)
