Oversee and implement the total experience regeneration of iconic boutique hotel Raes on Wategos leading to a new assertion as an industry leader.Regeneration of the guest experience including but not limited to:- Aesthetic upgrades to suites, public areas and dining venues- Personally manage and oversee renovations and upgrades to pool, dining room, suites and back of house areas- Introduction of new venue, Raes Cellar Bar. Oversee from planning stages, style / branding direction, menu curation, operating procedures and financial goals / budgets- Efficiency review, standardise procedures- Affirm ongoing hotel identity and core values of offering to instill confidence in offering and staff culture / work purpose- Total property wide staff rehire, retrain and induct as per new brand standards- Set, manage and achieve ongoing financial goals

Managing and executing the entire guest experience strategy for Halcyon House, championing the guest experience in all internal policy to enhance guest satisfaction throughout the guest experience journey, influencing the service delivery teams to provide a memorable guest experience in line with Halcyon House’s vision. Management of the Front Office and it's Guest Services team as a key responsibility.Pivotal in relationship management between all key partners of Halcyon House, including but not limited to competitors, media, industry associates, owners and suppliers to instill loyalty, patronage, brand recognition and rapport.
