Having trained as a butcher and having many years of experience on the factory floor it has enabled me to apply my wealth of experience to every aspect of the business - we've grown up together!. I have applied my new product development skills to diversify the product range and enter into new markets. This includes burgers, meatballs, chicken sausages and much more. This success has led us to supplying major supermarkets nationwide whilst staying true to our roots by selling to the wholesale market as well. We are the UK's only independent (self funded) family owned sausage maker started by my Grandad and his brother in 1935! Sticking to our heritage is very important to me.
