• Identify new sales lead and assist to manage existing company accounts• Identify potential new customers to achieve/exceed revenue goals• Cold call as appropriate • Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels (Sales visits, emails, telephone calls, etc.)• Organise customer visit and negotiate contracts and packages• Develop quotation and proposal to customers in a timely manner• Create regular reviews and report with sales and financial data• Compile feedback from existing and prospect customers and share with the Management• To work closely with internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction

• To quote to customers and oversea agent / offices / local client • To source for pricing with vendors, carriers, transporters, sub-contractors • To maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls, emails and face to face if necessary. • To develop new business with new or existing client via calls, and emails. • To respond to incoming email and phone enquiries on timely manner. • To gathering market and customer information to feedback to the Management. • To gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. • To make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. • To feed future buying trends back to management.

• Assist the Shipping Manager in all shipping matters• Preparation of shipping documents for all local delivery, import and export shipment• Preparation of delivery report, statistic, analysis and others relevant shipping reports• Expedite delivery and feedback to the Shipping Manager on status of delivery• Liaison with governmental departments and statutory bodies in regard to import & export custom clearance, import duty exemption, GST, import & export license, duty drawback, temporary imports or exports and other matters.
