Providing PCR Covid -19 test for Business and private healthcare customers.My daily job was to open the clinic, disinfect all the surfaces before the opening,Change the cleaning solution (hypochlorite or ethanol 70% usually to spray on surfaces and after a brief period clean up with paper towel) and fill out all the paperwork ready for the Clinic Manager to check and sign. Attending the customers, using the systems Appointed and Yoti to check them in, making sure all the details were correct.Change appointments date or time if needed also change package if requestedWhen required i also collected testing samples directly on the customersIn this role I learned to deliver an impeccable customer service, helping with form registrations, explaining what to do when receiving the Covid-19 results, checking range of time between the test and the flight, having an excellent communication with colleague's trough Teams and working with emails with Managers.
