I was in charge also of the Technical Service Assistance organization, based on local and foreign specialists of different Applications.

Besides, a team of 10 technical assistants was in charge of technical supervision, identification of new developments, problem solving after failures. I was the Head of the Contract. Turnover was 12 millions € /year in 1994.I reported to local Sales Manager.

In this role I projected start up of Global Service contract, the first one in Europe.I selected my co-operators, implemented contacts with local contractors and all what already described for the same activity in Taranto.I reported to local Sales Manager.
