Fisher & Paykel Finance

Responsible for the key relationship between Fisher and Paykel Finance (now Flexi Cards) and a number of our nationwide merchant partners to ensure that we were aligned in our growth targets, product offerings and marketing material. This involved implementing new strategies and challenging our merchant partners to integrate finance into their business as a key initiative.I also approached new businesses to grow the base of merchant partners for our two key products - Q Card and Farmers Finance Card.A part of my role was the sales lead on a key company project; I was responsible for the successful onboarding of our merchants to Q MasterCard. This involved a number of merchant communications, co-ordinating agreement to new T&Cs from over 3,000 business partners, eLearning, digital updates and marketing material.

Began as a customer service representative working part time while I was at University. Became a member of the "Tier Two" team, this team had a greater level of responsibility and primarily dealt with handling difficult customers, formal complaints and accounts credits of large value.
