Working closely with the Head of Development, my role was to scope and maximise income generation opportunities for Turning Tides. I was responsible for researching and securing additional funding streams for the delivery of new services and programmes to meet Turning Tide's mission to end local homelessness. Key achievement: Generation of over £3m grant income during first 10 months in post with a success rate of 85%.
