Manage implementation of the Accela software for government agencies to help them centralize data processing, streamline operations, digitize documentation, and increase citizen engagement through online portals for application submission. Organize the work of a cross functional team, composed of in-house staff and external vendors, distributed across multiple time zones, to deliver superior service to our clients. Delivered solutions that required extensive data conversion from varied sources, configuration of the software, scripting customized functionality, development of reports for SSRS and Oracle.Propose, negotiate and secure multi-million dollar contracts with government entities, and manage contracts to ensure adherence to budget, scope and schedule.

Manage several IT projects for Pasco County, including migration of the County's infrastructure to virtual servers, re-design of the County's mobile application, and deploying the Accela software to ensure that Long Range and Current Planning departments were able to process permit applications electronically. Mapped the County's existing enterprise software capabilities to better understand gaps and opportunities of its current software infrastructure. Managed cross-functional teams composed of DBAs, Architects, programmers, analysts, users, business leaders, and county leadership.Executed the implementation of Accela, integrating three departments' operations, while decomissioning the IBM Mainframe by converting 30 years of data to the new system.
