Mapped the County's existing enterprise software capabilities to better understand gaps and opportunities of its current software infrastructure. Managed cross-functional teams composed of DBAs, Architects, programmers, analysts, users, business leaders, and county leadership.Executed the implementation of Accela, integrating three departments' operations, while decomissioning the IBM Mainframe by converting 30 years of data to the new system.
