Director Of Marketing Communications
Current- Develop and execute the overall marketing communication strategy as well as editorial calendar aligned with Iron Bow’s marketing objectives, brand positioning, and target audience. -Lead and manage design team as well as team of PR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration. -Create and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing communication plans, incorporating various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and content marketing. -Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing communication efforts . -Oversee the development of compelling and engaging marketing communication materials, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, sales collateral, website content, email marketing, and social media content. -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovative marketing communication approaches and campaigns. -Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, including advertising agencies, PR firms, freelancers, and printers, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. -Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, utilizing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, field strategists, events, and executive team to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to marketing communication efforts as well as corporate communications. -Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketing communication, and proactively implement innovative strategies to drive engagement and deliver business results.
