Working on Manager, Director, Vice President and President hires across Commercial and Innovation, some of her most recent work has been based out of Vienna, New York, Princeton, Cologne, Ireland, Paris, Denmark, Singapore and Eindhoven. Some of her career achievements include: developing the biggest single Key Account from zero, market mapping 10 global flavour houses for a Key Account and presenting the findings in European HQ and completing a difficult and business critical senior hire for a client that had the role open for over two years previously.Francesca also now offers Recruitment Training in the form of virtual workshops.
