The Scientific Climate Council will provide the government with expert advice relating to the implementation and the impact of federal climate policies and measures, as well as related requests for funding.As Permanent Secretary I am supporting the establishment of the Council, as well as carrying out the preparatory work necessary to accomplish its missions. In addition to this, I am supporting the Belgian Climate Centre in facilitating the transfer of knowledge between scientists and decision-makers🌱I am an experienced climate and environmental policy analyst, with more than 5 years of experience in consulting for the public sector (both EU and national-level). I hold a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste, and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Milan. I also obtained a university certificate on Gender and Sexuality studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
