After a Master Degree in Philosophy and Ethics, I obtained a PhD in “Human Capital Formation and Labour Relations” between the University of Bergamo and Paris VIII Vincennes-St.-Denis, where I studied how the cooperative model can support the collaboration between self-employees, freelances, … in one word all the people who have the courage to be entrepreneur of themselves. Now I am in charge of institutional communication and international relations at the Italian co-op Doc Servizi, and I am in the board of the Italian co-ops Doc Creativity. By the end of 2018, I am director of the Centro Studi Doc Foundation, where I am in charge of research and development and advocacy. By the beginning of 2019, I am part of the direction of CulTurMedia, the association of Legacoop dedicated to cooperatives operating in the cultural, touristic and media fields. In 2018, I was awarded the prize “Astrolabio del sociale – Pierre Carniti” announced by Centro Studi CISL with an essay about new forms of representation in a European perspective, then published in the book "La Persona Il Lavoro" (Edizioni Lavoro, 2019).In my working life I mix methods of qualitative research and french research-action, strong philosophical knowledge, attention to the lifelong learning with the versatility to communicate in various forms (e.g. press, social media, conferences, etc.) thanks to my parallel activity as journalist, and past activity as press officer and communication manager: these are the tools I use to build my path in an incessant dialogue with the actors of the world of work. My purpose is to understand how to conciliate autonomy and cooperation, entrepreneurial spirit and democratic participation, individual growth and mutual aid, and I like to share with people interested in finding new ways to cooperate and exchange across the world, in order to make it a better place to live for everybody.
