Codognotto is a leading company in the logistics sector based in Salgareda, Veneto.The Customer Service Department plays a fundamental role in combining and balancing clients' and firm's needs. Main tasks: – Dealing with operational problems and preventing potential issues, supporting colleagues in daily operations;– Daily relation management with Key Accounts; – Meeting's preparation towards data collection and analysis;– Drafting post-meeting minutes, monitoring reports both for internal and external use; – Studying and implementing new solutions for business.

During my internship at RPUE, I had the opportunity to work in two relevant fields, Education (Istruzione e Formazione) and ECFIN (Economia e Finanze), and follow directly European negotiations for Next Generation EU. Main tasks: – Attending online meetings (VTC), press conferences, EP's Committees meetings (FISC, EMPL, ECON); – Drafting comparisons, tables, meetings' reports; – Summing up relevant dossiers.
