Forest Valley Institute is a non-profit organisation that aims to create and promote a European ecosystem of Climate Innovation, where startups, corporates, investors, academia, and regulators all share the same vision of a healthier planet and collaborate to make it happen.

My responsibilities were: - coordination and management of the 2 Masters programmes, of the students and of the Faculty - candidates' recruiting and admission - marketing strategy to attract candidates - Internship and job placement- management of all human resources of my area- designing, development and launch of new training programs- budgeting and economical supervision of each program and of the area

Managing a staff of 4 people (3 Italians and 1 American) my responsibilities were:- recruiting, selection and admission of new students (Italians and foreigners)- students' advising and tutoring during their stay at the campus- designing, development and management of training programs and cultural projects- organization of an Art Exhibition (www.mirografie.com), of a short film “Binari di luce” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ercKLl2ut_E, and of other artistic events- launching and management of an Exchange Program with Dartmouth College (USA)- career coaching for students and alumni- relationship with companies for job opportunities and job placement- budget management.

The Master Programs Division included many post graduate courses, some financed by the European Social Fund, others sold and others sponsored by companies.My responsibilities were: - candidates' recruiting and selection- marketing activities to attract candidates (fairs, presentations, one-to-one advising, etc.)- management of all human resources of my area: Masters' directors, coordinators, tutors, teachers, staff and students- designing, development and launch of new training programs - organization of study tours abroad (EM Lyon, ESC Grenoble; Bournemouth University)- budgeting and economical supervision of each program and of the area- relationship with companies for internship, job opportunities and grants.In addition I carried out many activities addressed to companies:- direction of the “Master per le Funzioni di Governance” designed and tailored-made for the high potentials of an important Banking Group- client leader of some multinational companies for executive training & education- assessment and selection - sales activities- research and data presentation of the results.

With the support of 4 people, I was in charge of:- recruiting and selection of candidates- promotion and communication of the Master- company grant raising- coordination and management of the program, of students and teachers - Interniship and job placement- budget management- ASFOR accreditation.

Main activities were:- tutorship e coordination of three editions of the Master in Marketing & Communication (12 months – full time) - coordination of two post-graduate courses financed by the European Social Fund- recruiting and selection of candidates- marketing lectures- designing and developing new training programs.- marketing researches.
