Main activities and Responsabilities:- Prepare the Financial statement documents as requested by ITA GAAP. Provide expertise in ITA GAAP document preparation. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Ensure the procedure of closing financial statement in the time exstabilished; - Supervise Financial reporting, Audit reports ERP. Provide expertise in US GAAP document preparation. Ensure accurate managerial reporting to the company Headquarters . Prepare the closing account and the TB for the reporting;- Ensure SOX Compliance with controls and procedures - Internal audit checks.- Oversees AP team and AR Team; - Oversees General Ledger accounting and FAs accounting;- According to 4 eyes principle, oversees and support Treasury team for AP payments- Monitoring Aging of the customer and provide advice about Credit Risk- Credit Management to Sales department.- Monitoring of cash position and flow, ensure bank reconciliation . Advice and give consultancy about banks costs and interests and managing relation with banks.- Work closely with company auditors, consultants and other advisors;- Support the local business and the division management with financial assistance and advice. Prepare necessary info and business cases to support management decisions.- Analysis for indices and KPI’s for the purpose of strategic support to General Manager decision;- Managing, review and support to FP&A team to cost analysis, budget forecast activities. Comparision of actual result versus budget and Margin analysis. Managing support and review of Inventory analysis, costing and valuation, no movimg and slow moving.- Manage and train directs reports.
