Planning and budgeting activities: On the basis of the indication received by the Top Management, I’m responsible of the set up of the Corporate budget procedure and design, implementation and maintenance of the Corporate budget model in Oracle cloud sw. I coordinate the process of economic and financial budget by defining the common rules and the Control Model, the task lists and the deadlines. I collect the budget proposal from the Group companies and analyze them processing and issuing the Official Group proposal for approval.  I'm responsible for the Corporate cash flow model and the periodic collection of data from the Group companies to monitor the cash needs and surplus of the Group

Regional controller: I guarantee continual monitoring on the achievement of the economic and financial target of the subsidiary under my jurisdiction I support the local management decision making process and analysis, in particular on products and customer margins, economic and financial results by cost centre/department/business unit, predicted cash flow requirements, any other data on specific request. I’m responsible of coordination of the Controllers under my supervision, starting from the recruiting phase, assigning the yearly objectives and I participate to the assessment of their achievement, - I participate to the activities related to the reorganization of some Departments in the subsidiaries in which this is requested.Special projects: Merger of Austrian subsidiaries• I’m the supervisor of finance, fiscal, legal activities necessary for the operation coordinating the local Management, the external consultants and the other Corporate Departments involved in the process.• I perform the economic evaluation of the companies before and after the merger and the impacts on the Financial statements.

• Monthly closure and consolidation of turnover, NFP e Labour cost of the Mapei Group subsidiaries• Monthly Sales and margin statistic analysis by, product type, customer type and distribution channel.• Quarterly financial statements analysis and supervision of 5 European subsidiaries with periodic visits to check the financial results.

• Collection of the fixed costs and capex from the local subsidiaries of the company• Monthly closure of the fixed costs, review and discussion of the Departmental costs with each Department responsible.• Monthly variance analysis of the fixed costs versus budget and last year• Analysis and reporting to the Top management of the working progress of the capex

For the clients, preparing the documentation and business plan necessary for the request of the Regional funds in the research and technology field.
