CurrentAs the Learning and Development Director, I work closely with our leadership team to serve as an employee advocate for AIS as well as overseeing our internal training initiatives within aisUniversity and Corporate Onboarding. Expanding on my previous talent and resource management responsibilities, I develop and implement a performance management and learning and development strategy to ensure our workforce has the necessary tools and resources to be successful in their careers at AIS.
