Key responsibilities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in the HOP business, for both our customers and colleagues. Specifically, this included: - All training programme planning, content ownership, material development, LMS management, and execution for all HOP colleagues across our 5 HOP markets. My responsibilities in this role included the full operational, H&S and personnel responsibility for a group of stores. During this time, I was responsible for a variety of areas, from Cornwall, the SW, to central London, with a turnover over of £100m/year in sales. I was accountable for all operational KPI management and budget delivery. I also held the personnel responsibility for 300+ employees, managing all elements of HR such as recruitment, onboarding and succession planning, as well as handling all disciplinary and grievance matters. In my final year, I transitioned to become a Project Area Manager, running National and International L&D and customer experience projects.
