Looking for a new home is almost like solving a puzzle, and as Leasing Professional I take great pride in ensuring that all of pieces seamlessly fall into play for each client. Amiable, tenacious, and invested in every resident that joins our community, customer satisfaction is always guaranteed. Naturally ambitious, I net 100+ leases a year. When I am not with a client, I assist the Property and Assistant Manager with renewals, scheduling apartment turns, overseeing apartment renovations, addressing resident concerns and/or crisis situations, and maintaining optimal occupancy.

While the attorney's oversee the big picture of a client's case, I ensure that no detail is overlooked throughout a client's case. Whether it is translating documents from Spanish to English (or vice versa), requesting & obtaining certified documents on behalf of a client, or prepping immigration related petitions, I help equip the attorneys with the tools and information needed to provide excellent service and representation. Moreover, I maintain communication with clients by providing them with updates and relaying messages from the attorneys; interpreting whenever necessary. Developed chart to better organize and prep large case files for court. In regards to State related cases, I have assisted and maintained those concerning Legitimation and Dependency; specifically by overseeing and organizing Discovery and responses to Interrogatories. Furthermore, in terms of Immigration related cases, I have experience in prepping forms and petitions such as: I-130 Family Petitions, 42B, DACA, N400/NATZ, and SIJS.

During the fall of 2012, I interned with Immigration attorney Jennifer P. Moore, acting as her interpreter ans translator. Entering spring 2013, my final semester as an undergraduate student, I became her part-time employee. Throughout my time with Mrs. Moore, I have facilitated the line of communication between her and her clients through simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. Additionally, I translated pertinent documentation for a client's case, including birth certificates and other records. Types of cases in which I have assisted include: Domestic Violence (VAWA) Petitions, Asylum, Deferred Action, U-Visas, and Adjustment of status.
