Once upon a time, there was an architect who discovered the fascinating world of visual communication.Hi! I'm Francesca, an art director specializing in brand identity, with a passion for visual storytelling, post-punk music, and Nanni Moretti movies. Throughout my career, I have been involved in projects from editorial design to brand identity, from advertising campaigns to packaging and illustration. During my years at a communication agency, I had the privilege of leading a team of designers, which was an incredibly enriching experience both professionally and personally. As a leader, I have always strived to be supportive without ever being overbearing, walking alongside my team, encouraging and stimulating them. I worked hard to embody the kind of leader I was looking for in my career path, and I hope I succeeded. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and trust in others, as I believe these qualities elevate a good creative approach to the next level.
