I have been active in the WordPress.org open source project since 2015: I served as the Community Team and the Core Team global representative, and I co-led the release of WordPress.org 5.3, 5.4, 6.2 and 6.3.I frequently tackle complex projects that require unravelling and a good dose of blue-sky thinking. I promote transparency as a good communication practice within any organization.I have an exceptional ability to form business relationships with suppliers, partners, customers, and other financial institutions. With a career spanning more than twenty-five years in industries as varied as aviation, automotive, medical, and software development, I have managed people, projects, products (both physical and digital), and processes. One of the things I am most proud of is the blog I founded in 2013, C+B. With an editorial staff of over eighty authors, C+B has helped thousands of creative Italian female entrepreneurs find their path. I believe in sharing knowledge with generosity. I am an accomplished educator, community leader, mentor, and international public speaker.
