Working since many years as Project Manager for Acropoli Srl, a Company in Milan focused in Space Planning, Project Management and Design&Build for Multinational Companies, I have acquired strong technical knowledge in the integrated design process for office environment.I have specific responsibility for project development including coordination and management of all aspects of the assignment, from the initial concept with feasibility studies, pre-design, budgeting to completion with construction documentation, site supervision and commissioning.I work well independently, as well as in charge of a dedicated project team. I have exceptional skills and experience in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects. Continuous communication between building owners, client, consultants and contractors is important to achieve everyone's goals.
