I had the opportunity to structure my master thesis on Integrated Reporting as a case analysis on the financial and non-financial reporting practices of Hera. Other activities:- Participation to the workshop "Evaluation and reporting of companies' social impact" organized by Impronta Etica- Deepening of the competencies on the SROI methodology- Development of a full SROI analysis on one of Hera's CSR project called "Regala un Albero"

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-led network creating positive impact through personal development and shared global experiences.In 2012, I founded the local chapter (Bologna) of AIESEC Italia and led it as the President and Team Leader of the Executive Board team . During the term, we focused on the development of the local chapter, by building strong foundations and supporting its organic growth.
