• Conceptualized, designed and developed Poppin’s first lifestyle and travel soft goods line, ‘PoppinGO;’ managed art direction and styling across packaging and photoshoots, leading to a $1 Million program and exclusive placement in Staples doors. • Implemented a comprehensive approach to the refresh of Color, Material, and Finish across all product categories, utilizing seasonal market trends and working within brand guidelines to strategically integrate design choices. •Managed the design of all packaging assets for furniture, workplace accessories and pods; led the artwork redesign of carton labels and instruction manuals to align more closely with the brand's aesthetic and streamline the creation process for new SKUs. •Engaged with the Wholesale team and retail partners to obtain direct feedback and optimize future creative decisions related to target demographic preferences, consumer trends, competitive analysis, on-going product development and renderings• Oversaw the color strategy and material refresh of a $2M collapsible soft storage program for The Container Store, conceptualizing a brand new visual identity for the packaging artwork in addition to stylizing and sourcing props for the photoshoot.• Strategized closely with Engineering and Merchandising teams to design scalable, competitive, on-brand products and packaging.• Guided a Junior Mechanical Engineer through the new hire onboarding process, coaching on product development lifecycle standards, providing instruction on design basics, and acting as a mentor for creative questions.• Collaborated with overseas sourcing teams to strategize on new product specs, correspond on material requests, quoting, sampling and feedback, prototyping, troubleshoot production issues, address timeline changes, and ensure BIFMA and CARB compliance was upheld. • Designed and developed the ‘Elements’ stationary assortment from concept to completion, incorporating the first-ever hand drawn pattern.
