Francesca is a recognised strategic Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in international leading media, entertainment and integrated communication companies, working alongside world-class brands across different verticals. She began her professional career in the world of communication, starting as Account in Cemit Direct Media (Mondadori Group), up to play a key role as General Manager of the Italian branch of Kobs & Draft agency (Saatchi & Saatchi plc). In 1995 has been appointed Managing Director of Draft Worldwide in Italy (now FCB), the global integrated communication agency of IPG, driving the Italian market for 10 years and working for the best-in-class blue chip companies. As a life choice from 2005 she has transitioned from a busy high achieving operational career to advisory roles, bringing her expertise in the development of marketing projects across all platforms. Joining Discovery Italy in 2011 (now Warner Bros. Discovery), Francesca has successfully launched and positioned the branded content & entertainment strategy, implementing a new line of business that rapidly brought incremental revenues and becoming a reference model for the other EMEA countries. In 2015 she is appointed as Senior Director of Brand Solutions department and under her tenure, Discovery has been recognised as pioneer and leader of the branded entertainment in the Italian scenario, delivering 600+ hours of originals branded contents, multiple brand integrations and partnerships around Discovery’s brands and entertainment properties. From 2020 is committed as Senior Advisor in providing business and go-to market consultancy for media & entertainment start-ups and marketing agencies. Starting March 2023 is Head of MarCom of OBE (Osservatorio Branded Entertainment), where she has been part of the Executive Board from 2017 to 2020. She used to attend as Speaker and Jury several industry conferences and awards, and is frequently invited as Lecturer at different university (Cattolica University, IULM University, 24ORE Business School).
