I co-authored "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls", "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls 2" and "I Am a Rebel Girl - A Journal to Start Revolutions."The Rebel Girls book series sold 4 Million copies worldwide, it is translated into 48 languages and it sparked a worldwide movement with more than 500,000 fans on social media.The Rebel Girls audiobooks feature narrators Alicia Keys, Esperanza Spalding, Samira Wiley, Ashley Judd, and Philippa Soo.

From 0 to most crowdfunded publishing project in history, twice, with Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls and Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls 2. My books have been translated into 47 languages. I built a multi-million dollars company with offices in LA, NYC and London producing bestselling books, a podcast, and other award-winning digital products.

At Sferracavalli I served as the Executive Creative Director and Artistic Director. I created a team of 7 people and designed a project to fight racism and promote social innovation that won the first prize at one of the most important competitions about social innovation in Italy: Principi Attivi. With a budget of 25K Euros we were able to create an international theater festival lasting one week. The festival was covered by Vanity Fair, Vogue Italy, L'Unita, Radio Tre and many other local and national news outlets.I designed the project, the communication, took the interviews and wrote press releases. The project was able to attract 20 artists from Romania, 30 volunteers from USA, India, New Zealand, France, England, Spain, Australia and more than 1000 spectators. We sold out every single show.For Sferracavalli I also designed a game that was played by 150+ people of several nationalities.A documentary can be found on youtube about the experience. I founded Kilodrammi while I was at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Milan, where I graduated in stage directing in July 2008. At Kilodrammi I worked as a stage director, playwright and producer. Every single show we created over the 4 years of activity of the company won a prestigious award.
