My name is Francesca Wilkins, and I am a Health Behavior PhD student at the University of Florida. I am passionate about eliminating health disparities and promoting healthy lifestyles. My research focuses on using mobile and digital technologies for weight management and physical activity. Other research interests include the promotion of plant-based diets to slow down the effects of climate change. I believe motivating young individuals to adopt healthy behaviors early in life leads to sustainable lifelong habits. I look forward to connecting with those who share my interest in changing health behaviors to prevent disease and promote a high quality of life.
