While my responsibilities include most of the instruments of the Bioanalytic department, I devote most of my time to tasks related to the luminometers, microplate readers and workstations. As I also have experience in website management and online marketing, I combine more technical tasks in the Life Sciences field, such as training distributors and end users, application and technical support, and writing technical documents, with the management of the website and support to the Marketing department.

- Product development: participated in the coordination of the development of the new tubeluminometer of the company and participated in the design of its software; performed softwaretests in most instruments of the company.- Product management: participated in the creation of user documents; participated in severalaspects of the management of the new tube luminometer: naming, variants, and others.- Tech and customer support (luminometers and ELISA workstations): performed the setup of newapplications for the ELISA workstation; performed product and sales trainings for distributors,and product training for end customers; performed technical and application support.- Marketing: optimized the website for search engines (SEO), wrote content for the website,helped in the managing of the Twitter account of the company, designed brochures andparticipated in the creation of promotional videos for Youtube.

- Marketing: created, managed and optimised for search engines (SEO) the web site of the newbrand (Niborlab); created and managed SEM campaigns; created brochures, flyers and other marketing materials.- Sales: performed demonstrations and other activities aimed to convince the customers that theproducts offered by the company best fitted their needs; established new, and maintainedexisting, relationships with customers.- Tech and customer support: installed the instruments at the customer’s site and trained the endusers; performed technical and application support, including on-site diagnosis and repair(mainly of luminometers).- Product management: found and evaluated new products to complement product lines;assessed its performance and suitability for customer needs; managed key points for starting theinternational operations of the company, including: rebranding of products, building network ofdistributors in target countries.
