I worked as Stream Lead in sucessfully setting up a new SME Business pillar within the Bank, which impacted approx 500 staff across the network. This brought 2 different areas within the Bank together as a single consolidated unit. Subsequently I was part of a smaller internal transition team (including external consultants) which set up a newly created Business Area within Corporate Banking. Most recently I have worked on the introduction of a new Hub & Spoke structure across the Bank's branch network and continue to support process improvement ideas to generate efficencies for branch staff.
