I was educated at Escola Tèxtil d’Arts i Oficis de Sabadell, a school specially created to train the best textile professionals, and with more than 35 years experience, I have worked in design and product development departments of various companies from sectors as diverse as apparel, decoration, upholstery, automotive and industrial fabrics. Well acquainted with the textile industrial process and used to relationship with customers and suppliers, I have coordinated teams to create collections, improve technical parameters of fabrics and adapt them to new requirements, giving support to sales departments and selecting the suitable suppliers.At the same time I develop teaching tasks through collaboration with the training department of Gremi de Fabricants de Sabadell imparting courses of Computer Aided Textile Design and other courses related to textile technology. He is also a regular lecturer at Escola Superior de Disseny – ESDi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in the subject Technology and Industrial Process of Woven Fabrics, and I am also in charge of the weaving workshop giving advice to the students in their own projects.I am author of some publications (originals in Spanish) among them:Artícles: Fabrics and Fire.
