Mechanical Engineer for R&D projects. The whole process of designing a new machine is carried out, from the initial brainstorming to the detailed design of each mechanical component. The design is always focused on many aspects: processing method, production costs, modularity, safety, transport etc. For each part the drawing shows the dimensional and geometric tolerances for the subsequent production.Each component is modelled exploiting every useful features of a 3D CAD minimizing the modeling time. Furthermore, all the components and the assemblies are managed with SAP, an engineering control center software, that improves the organization and the team coordination.

Bachelor's thesis experience. Title of the thesis: Feasibility study of a staircase movement system equipped with Mechanum wheels and rubber wheels.Main activities:- Dynamic simulations of the robot (using CoppeliaSim);- 3D modelling of the mechanism (using Inventor)- Stress state analysis on the main components;- Prototyping with additive technology (PLA 3D printer)
