I graduated, after classical studies, in Economics of Financial Markets, with a Master of Science in Finance. At the end of my studies, I had a half-year internship at the Credit Trading Desk of the Operations Room of MPS Capital Services, where I had the opportunity to practice what I studied on books. After I decided to work as an Export Manager and I joined RCR Cristalleria Italiana, where I work since 2016 with growing responsibilities and Areas, and gratifying results. Currently, I am the Responsible for MEA, ASEAN, Indian Region, Japan, South Korea, and Oceania. I work with accounts in many sales channels: retail distributors, chains, HORECA, B2B, and therefore I have experience in submitting various promotional strategies and action plans depending on the interlocutor I am in front of. I have implemented new markets or strongly improved the brand positioning in the already existing ones, giving great importance both to analytical work and field visits. I have also strong back-office skills, developed to overcome the difficulties of the pandemic period. Parallel to my studies and work, I have always accompanied the activity in sports, especially basketball played at semipro levels. I believe that discipline, team spirit, and willingness to sacrifice acquired daily with the sport have been useful as the study and make me easily installed and adaptable to various working environments
