The main role of this job is to ensure the increase in performance of an athlete as well ensuring injury prevention for the athletes we work with. The programs created for these athletes are specific to the sport they play.

My main job is to plan, direct, and lead Mynu club volleyball sessions on the sand. I am usually in charge of managing 30-40 kids as well as 4-6 coaches for 2 hours. I am in charge of coming up with a practice plan and then I am in charge of explaining the plan to the rest of the coaching staff that way practice can run smoothly witouth implication
