Rail Traction Company SpA (RTC) is a private railway company founded in February 2000 in order to exploit the opportunities arising from the liberalization of the rail transport market in Italy and Europe.Rail Traction Company was the first private company to provide a freight service along the Brenner axis.My job in this company dates back to November 2005, with the specific task to optimize the Italian market, making opportunities of connection and synergies among the several freight villages and ports present on national territory.

Nuovo COM S.r.l. is a freight village located in Melzo (MI) of about 200.000 square meters which in 2003 was part of Merzario Group. It is an important reference point for the all Milan logistics market. My role as Managing Director was to restructure the whole internal logistic supply-chain. Specifically this meant for the rail business new connections towards England and Gioia Tauro port (Maersk), and for the logistic business the conquest of important 3pl players (Movendo Group, TNT, Sogemar, Autamarocchi).
